Most of you already know about LeMill – I hope. Here is a reminder: LeMill is a web community for authoring and sharing open learning resources. Here is a one minute video presentation.
It’s a bit like a Wikipedia for learning resources. It’s multilingual and multicultural. It’s free and open to anyone to join. It’s content, methods, tools, community, web 2.0, RSS, IRC channel etc.
Like all network services its value grows with the number of users. So, we need you!
We are now looking for “Community Gardeners”.
If you are interested in to improve the availability of open education resources, this is something for you. You can be a teacher student, a student of education, researcher, a pupil tired of boring learning materials, retired schoolbook editor. You can be whoever. No questions asked.
To become a Community Gardener you should join the LeMill community and the LeMill developer group. In the group’s forum you may announce your interest of becoming a Gardener. In the forum we may then discuss what we will do in practice.
Come and tell me who and what are you. Are you a politician asking what your country can do for you or a zealous one asking what you can do for your country? If you are the first, then you are a parasite; if the second, then you are an oasis in a desert.

Please replace the word “country” with the word “LeMill”.
